零七年晚夏，都亞特成立于北京，但其歷史卻可以追溯到30多年前成立并已發展成韓國當前最頂級的藝術機構之一的韓國現代畫廊。然而在中國，都亞特致力于本土化，并充分利用自己在國際藝術界的資源帶中國的藝術走向世界，并引海外的精品進入中國。我們已經榮幸地和不少中國的藝術家們展開過愉快的合作，這當中有黃淵青，劉大鴻，唐志岡，葉永青，曾梵志，周春芽等，也有我們寄以無限希望的年輕一代，比如程然，賈藹力，焦興濤，秦琦，邱瑞祥等等。我們不遺余力，立足中國，放眼世界，借助自身的深厚實力，耐心耕耘，不急功近利，秉承高度的使命感和職業道德全心讓藝術超越國界。而我們之所以有足夠的信心和中國的藝術家們一起成長，其實這與其是因為我們有長期積累的深厚實力或高度專業的運營體系，還不如簡單地歸功于一點：那就是我們和我們的藝術家一樣是發自內心地深愛藝術。
